No wars are necessary these days.

but they still happen. why? I don't know many factors play a role

I disagree with war at every situations.

No I do not think the USA has any prepared Nuclear weapons, the entire world was supposed to disarm. Personally I think that lately these wars have been foolish and motivated by greed.
